Shipment and returns
Rivella AG will send the items ordered to the Customer within 2 to 6 working days (excluding Saturday). There are currently no plans to deliver items outside Switzerland. Goods will be delivered to the door by DHL. Should the goods not be delivered despits several attempts to deliver them, Rivella AG may withdraw from the purchase agreement. Rivella AG will do all it can to comply with the promised delivery dates. However, in the event of any possible delays, Rivella AG will reject any claims for compensation.
At present, Rivella AG only makes deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
In principle, Rivella AG does not allow customers to return food items.
Rivella AG asks customers to check immediately that the items delivered are complete and intact.
The Customer must report complaints in writing by email, including a photo of the goods, to email@example.com within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Rivella AG will check the defect immediately.
If Rivella AG accepts the defect, the Customer will be sent the same item as a replacement if it is in stock. Otherwise, the Customer will have the value of the product refunded.
If the wrong goods are sent, the goods about which the Customer has complained must be returned to Rivella AG within 10 days of the goods being received (postmark) with a note explaining the circumstances.
However, the precondition for exercising the right of return is that the Customer returns the goods in full and intact.
Rivella AG will not accept products which have been opened, soiled or used. We also ask that the goods are returned in their original packaging. Gift vouchers are excluded from the right of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The guarantees for items purchased from Rivella AG are limited to the assurances provided by the respective manufacturer.
Any claim to replacement or a refund will lapse in the event of improper handling or personal intervention.
